DELIVERY

Where is my order?

If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. Please log in to your account to check your tracking information. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public holiday you order might experience slight delays, dependant on the postal services/couriers. If you are an international customer, please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery.

My tracking shows as delivered, but I have not received my order?

If the tracking is showing as delivered but you have not received your order please in the first instance check with your neighbour. If you have still not received your order, please fill in our contact form here and we can look into this for you.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

Please refer to the returns form that came with your order. Or alternatively, view our returns page here.

Where is my refund?

Our payment gateway can take up to 5-10 days to process your refund so please bare with us while this takes place.

How long do I have to return my item?

You can return an unwanted item to us within 30 calendar days, following the date of delivery.

Do you refund the delivery fee?

If you have received your order with FREE delivery, then your full cost of your order will be refunded.

If you have paid for delivery, then you will be refunded the amount of your item, less the delivery charge, as there is a cost to our business in delivering you the item.
